4.5 star luxury 2 bedroom apartment occupying the entire lower level of this award winning building.
The Reserve Apartment has been architecturally designed to provide you with the ultimate holiday experience. State of the art kitchen - spacious open plan living area separating the 2 queen size bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 2 person bath and both bedrooms have their own TV. The lounging area with digital TV/DVD offers comfortable sofas and a selection of DVD's if you just feel like chilling out Or you can plug into our ipod dock and listen to your own music. The wide timber deck overlooking the Hutt Creek Reserve includes an electric BBQ for those 'stay at home' nights or for cooking up a delicious breakfast with the generous supplies left in your apartment. Climate control is assured with a RC air-conditioning unit and to create a cosy winter ambiance we have included an electric log burning fire for the look of an open fire without the environmental effect
It should be noted that our apartment has been specifically designed to accommodate 4 adults in comfort and privacy with the spacious open-plan living and dining area between the 2 en-suite bedrooms.
The standard rate of $265 per night is for the use of one ensuite bedroom. Should the second bedroom be required for 2 people the rate is $320 per night.
What do we get?
Included in the tariff will be a bottle of Clare Valley premium wine to have with a grazing plate on arrival. Provisions for breakfast each morning of your stay will include a selection of bacon/eggs, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Bread and 'toppings' for toast, a selection of teas/coffee and juice are also included. And for the coffee 'aficionados' we also provide a coffee machine with beans and a grinder for the freshest taste. Should you wish to arrange any other services during your stay either in-house or out restaurant bookings etc. bike hire etc just give us a call. You may also like to book one of our personalised food & wine tours. David is happy to give a discount to Reserve guests.

OUR GREEN POLICY
We have developed a 'green policy' to include the use of non-chemical products for our cleaning program - washing is dried outdoors whenever possible and no harsh bleaches or fabric softeners are used. A rainwater tank has been installed to make full use of the harvested water whilst it is available and we have made a conscious effort to provide our guests with as much local product as possible - locally cured bacon/local free range eggs/ locally made jams/locally made olive oil soap etc. We also encourage our guests to 'turn-off' lights and power when not in the apartment. and we are in the process of replacing all halogen globes with LED'S
