This hilltop retreat overlooks the property's new Riesling vineyard development and boasts uninterrupted views of Leasingham and beyond. The property totals 20 acres in size.
Guests can immediately make themselves at home in the spacious open plan living area or out on the 17 metre deck. A bottle of local wine and cheese platter provisions will be waiting for you on arrival.
The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen and pantry staples are also supplied. Continental breakfast provisions for your first breakfast are complimentary. A fully equipped laundry is also available to guests.
With a total of 4 bedrooms this contemporary accommodation sleeps up to 8 people. The luxurious master bedroom suite is accessed via a glass breezeway off the living area. It includes a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk-in robe and ensuite with spa bath.
Two other large bedrooms each comfortably accommodate two adults, one with a queen size bed and the other with two long single beds. Each room has spacious built in robes. These bedrooms are serviced by the three way main bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is located at the southern end of the house and has its own kitchen and lounge area. This will only be available for bookings of 8 guests.
For your comfort, all windows are double glazed with block-out blinds. There are two reverse cycle split systems, one in the master bedroom and on in the fourth bedroom area. The other areas are cooled by ducted evaporative air-conditioning and heated by a free standing gas heater in the living area.
If you want to get out and about, you won't have a shortage of things to do in the area.
