We can now offer accommodation FRIDAY MARCH 1 through to FRIDAY MARCH 8th @ $110 per night for a couple using 1 bedroom only Extra persons/children using 2nd Bedroom $15 per night each.

Unt 3 Spalding Lodge is now Available a 4 night minimum applies, extra persons/children $15 pn each. Min booking strictly 4 nights. Stay for 7 nights and receive a 10 disc.

The 2 bedroom apartments are fully equipped with good quality bed linen and towels,tea towels,bath mats.Tastefully decorated,new B/room carpets & curtains.Complimented by new toning doona covers and B/spreads.Some Electric Blankets' basic cooking equipment supplied. New Coffee Machine. Milk/sugar.

New flat screen TV's. DVD players.

Microwave,electric frypan,toaster,kettle,iron,ironing board.

Reaching Port Lincoln is easy. Just a 40 minute flight from Adelaide with Rex Airlines or Qantas regional.Special prices are often available. Alternatively you can make the scenic road trip of 6 hours, via Pt Pirie, Pt Augusta and Whyalla.

The location is 2 minutes walk to the new Port Lincoln Hotel, where you can enjoy a drink, a coffee, or delicous meals.

These apartments are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. A charge of $250 will be imposed if smoking occurs in the units.

It is a corporate ruling that NO PETS ARE BROUGHT TO THE PREMISES. NO fish cleaning in apartments.If smoking/fish cleaning does occur a surcharge of $500 will be imposed to cover cleaning costs. You are requested to leave the premises in clean, tidy condition. You will personally be responsible for the payment of any extra cleaning costs, replacement or damage occurring as a result of your stay in our units. Dirty dishes will not be washed by the cleaners. ALL PERSONAL RUBBISH MUST BE REMOVED BY TENNANTS and deposited in the garbage bins upstairs at the end of the car park. All food must be taken out of the fridge/freezer and placed in the garbage bins. You are responsible to clean and remove your own personal food and grocery items.

An extra cleaning fee of up to $100 will be incurred for the removal of personal belongings and the washing of dishes. Cleaning rates are $60 per hour.

The noise level to be kept very low after 10pm, in consideration of other tennants.
