The house is approximately 100 metres from one of the best walking and swimming beaches in South Australia.

Three bedrooms. Main bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with double/single bunk and single bed, 3rd bedroom with double/single bunk.

Open plan kitchen and dining area. Separate living area leads to paved veranda for outside entertaining.

Air conditioned.

Ceiling fan in main bedroom & pedestal fans for other bedrooms

Carrickalinga Beach

Carrickalinga is a small peaceful coastal town south of Adelaide on the Fleurieu Peninsula overlooking Gulf St Vincent. Enjoy the peace and tranquility while still being only 3 minutes drive from the cafes and shops of Normanville and Yankalilla.

Enjoy the walking/bike trail into Normanville or for beach lovers you can do the 3km walk via the stunning beach.

It also offers great reef snorkelling and fishing. One of Australia’s great naval destroyers the HMAS Hobart was sunk nearby, providing a popular and accessible diving attraction. A short 10 minute boat ride from Marina St Vincent.

Beyond the beach

Travel to Carrickalinga via Myponga Reservoir to enjoy dramatic coastal views.

See more of the Fleurieu Peninsula famed for its laidback lifestyle, beach breaks for surfers of all levels of experience and top fishing spots.
