Recently built, this property offers all the modern conveniences of a new home. Featuring a large modern kitchen and appliances, with large fully furnished open living area and large dining table suitable for 12.
Featuring both upstairs and downstairs living, both equiped with TV and dvd players, one for adults and one for the kids, but why get stuck inside with all the opportunity for experience on the south coast.
Upstairs the master suite features a Queen bed, and ensuite. Best of all direct views of the ocean without the need to get out of bed.
The downstairs area is made up of a living room overlooking the sea, with TV and DVD player, a bathroom with a full-sized bath and shower, a vanity area, a separate toilet and three bedrooms: one room containing a queen-sized bed which has a view of the sea, a second room with two single beds and a third room with two sets of bunks sleeping 4 people. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a laundry with washing machine.
There is garage parking for 1 - 2 cars, although one side has the table tennis table in it at the moment, and outside parking on the premises for 4. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning, as well as internet, table tennis, books, board games and baby gear such as a portacot, high chair and toys.
The home is also located adjacent a reserve, with room for kids to kick the ball or play cricket.
Linen is not provided for the property, Please bring your own sheets, toweles, and tea towels The property does provide quilts, pillows and mattress protectors, Don't forget your beach towels because you will want to spend plenty of time in the clear waters of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

With plenty to do nearby, you can make the short trip into Victor Harbor and visit Granite Island and take a ride on the horse drawn tram. During summer a small carnival is located on the foreshore to keep the kids entertained. Take an educational approach and take one of the guided tours, or visit the Whale center and learn about the history of the town and the wildlife that call it home.
Encounter Bay is well known for snorkelling and scuba diving, with a large reef system that runs along the bay it makes for a fascinating dive. For those into scuba The Bluff if a popular destination, with visits from sea lions, dolphins and sea horses. During the winter months, whales migrate along the coast, and can often be spotted.
For those into fishing, there is a large boat ramp on Franklin Parade, each year a popular destination and heavily used for Tuna fishing from December into late summer.
For the energetic, The Bluff makes a wonderful climb, as does Granite Island, and the views of the sunrise/sunset are amazing and tranquil. The heysen trial passes through Encounter bay, why not make a day of it and Hike from Kent reserve to Kings Head and back

Directions to the property:
The easiest way to 56 Stone Hut Circuit is up Whalers Road, turning up White Crescent, past the reserve then up White Close onto Neighbour Street. Ocean View House, 56 Stone Hut Circuit, is at the top of Neighbour Street.
To get to Whalers Road, you can either take the fastest route or the scenic route:
From Adelaide A13, turn right onto the Ring Road Welch Road just outside Victor Harbor at the Urimbirra Fauna Park.
Follow this road becomes Armstrong Road for approx. 5.7 km until you get to the roundabout.
Take the 2nd exit onto Waitpinga Road B37. Follow this for approx. 2.4 km to Whalers Road.
Turn left onto Whalers Road
Go up the hill, turn right onto White Crescent and follow the road around past the reserve. Becomes White Close, then go onto Neighbour Street. You will see Ocean View House 56 Stone Hut Circuit at the top of the street.
From Adelaide A13, follow the Adelaide Road into Victor. It is 3 km from Urimbirra Fauna Park to the roundabout near the BP service station.
At the roundabout near the BP, take the 2nd exit on to Hindmarsh Road B37.
Stay on this road for approx. 2.5 km will go past the Woolworths Shopping Centre on RHS until come to the roundabout.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit is still B37
Follow this road over the river to the next roundabout. Approx 1.4 km
At this roundabout take the 1st exit onto Bay Road, then first on left onto Harbour View Tce.
Follow Harbour View Tce until reach another roundabout you should see Kent Reserve on your left.
At roundabout, take 2nd exit onto Franklin Parade.
Follow Franklin Parade for 2.2 km to Whalers Road.
Turn right onto Whalers Road
Go up the hill, turn left onto White Crescent and follow the road around past the reserve. Becomes White Close, then go onto Neighbour Street. You will see Ocean View House 56 Stone Hut Circuit at the top of the street.
