The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood opposite a reserve, ideal for walking your dog and situated in a very quiet street. It is due to this beautiful serene location and respect for our neighbours that we ask that no parties be held in this house.
This modern 3 bedroom air conditioned home has beautiful Tasmanian Oak flooring, open plan living/kitchen/dining and comes fully equipped with quality furnishings. There are two large flat screen tv's and a generous selection of DVD's for your viewing. We have a Nespresso pod coffee machine and the modern fridge comes with it's own ice maker. The modern kitchen has every appliance you could wish for to make your stay enjoyable. Take in the magnificent views from kitchen, lounge, dining and master bedroom. We also provide books and games for the whole family.
The generous size master bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV, walk in robe, sleigh queen bed and access to the front deck, ideal to sit and have your first morning "cuppa". Pull back the curtains in the morning to the most sensational sunrises. You won't want to leave

Please ask if you would like linen to be provided and we can give you the contact details for the local linen supply company. They can deliver both sheets and towels to the property for your stay for a very realistic price. If you are bringing your own linen you will need to bring top and bottom sheets for each bed, pillow cases, tea towels, towels and bath mat.

If you are planning on partying then this is NOT the house for you. This is a very quiet and safe neighbourhood and our neighbours will report issues such as excessive noise or uncontrollable barking from dogs. Please keep your dog under control at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate eviction.
Encounter Bay is a 1 hour drive from Adelaide. Situated 5 minutes from Victor Harbor. It is the perfect holiday destination for those wishing to escape from city life. Enjoy sitting back either inside or outside this beautiful home taking in the magnificent sea views. You can spend your days fishing, walking close to the Heysen Trail, reading, surfing, trips to Victor Harbor, exploring or just taking in the beautiful view. Every day at Encounter Bay is a great day

Whilst there are numerous swimming beaches nearby please refrain from swimming at Petrel Cove. This is a very dangerous beach with fierce rips and undercurrents.
