Modern home with innovative environmental features. Expansive views from Victor to the Bluff with three large bedrooms which comfortably sleeps six adults/children.

All bookings are 4 nights minimum except for standard holiday long weekends minimum of 3 nights accepted. Longer stay enquiries also welcome.

Additional separate self contained one bedroom unit available upon request. Sleeps 2 with kitchenette, lounge area and en suite bathroom. Private garden and views to Granite Island.

The home is air-conditioned and provides a relaxed holiday atmosphere and is close to all Encounter Bay/South Coast amenities, beaches and restaurants.

Extensive outdoor entertaining areas including a large covered deck. BBQ and additional entertaining and garden areas under the house.

Pricing summary:

All bookings for the main house are 4 nights minimum stay except for standard holiday long weekends minimum of 3 nights stay.

Off Peak prices = $225 per night or $1400 per week

School holidays = $250 per night or $1600 per week

December / January School Holidays = $275 per night or $1900 per week

Christmas and New Year Week = $325 per night or $2100 per week

Easter = 4 nights $1200

Long Weekends = 3 nights $900

Separate self contained Unit = $145 per night minimum 2 nights.

All bookings include cleaning fee.
