Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant! My wife and I stayed here recently with our friends, who brought along their 5, 4 and 1 year old children. The bedrooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of natural light (and floor heaters/electric blankets if you get cold). Views to the beach mainly saved for the upper level, but a small garden thicket that backs on to wetlands gave a good level of privacy for downstairs. The 5 and 4 year old boys were very excited that they could have their pick of the bunks! Little miss 1 year old slept soundly in her cot (thoughtfully provided by owner as standard). Bathroom and ensuite were well equipped and spacious enough to run all the kids through shower/bath after a visit to the beach. Separate laundry meant we could put through a few loads of washing while we were there (detergent provided). Upstairs living space was HUGE! Open plan made everyone feel connected, but the space was well demarcated and felt nicely thought out. Loved the lofted ceilings and well-equipped modern kitchen. All the utensils and basics (pepper, salt, cling wrap, etc) were provided, which in my experience is a rarity in holiday homes. Kids went crazy when they saw the space, but they were soon more interested in bouncing down the stairs ("WE DON'T HAVE STAIRS AT HOME!!"). Grateful for a baby-gate to keep the 1 year old penned in and safe (provided by owner as standard). Grown ups were very happy day-dreaming out towards the beach and dunes, just a short walk from the front door. Also very grateful for a large dishwasher to deal with the days mess (nobody goes on holidays to wash dishes). iPod dock, big TV & DVD player were good for the downtimes when weather was bad, and a large dining table for sit-down dinner, board games and puzzles was also a highlight. We slow cooked a lamb shoulder in the oven and made the most of the balconies. Made friends with a family of magpies who enjoyed BBQ leftovers. Rumpus room with table tennis and giant Jenga was good for keeping boys entertained while BBQ was being tended to. A few beach toys and little bit of sporting equipment (cricket bats and wickets) were a nice touch. Overall we had a wonderful time here. Very quite and serene, with no shortage of things to do, but comfortable enough that if you fell asleep on the couch it didn't matter. Far exceeded our expectations and was worth more than the money we paid, especially at short notice. May have found our new holiday tradition!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Place! We recently stayed at this wonderful house and just had to let people know how good it is! Upon arrival the house was so clean and tidy. The curtains were pulled back with that great view out over the dunes to the sea. The bedrooms were neat, tidy an the beds comfortable. The house has everything you need and is in a great location. You can stroll down to the beach, laze about on the lounge and watch the tv or sit out on the balcony and chat with the cheeky magpies who came and sit and wait to see if you might feed them. Another good thing about this house is it's solid brick. While we weren't on a main road you couldn't hear any traffic at all go by, it was so quiet at night which made for good sleeping after a busy day. We highly recommend this house. The location is excellent, close but not too close to the main town for anything you might need, comfortable, quiet, clean what more could you want. Our stay was way too short and we shall be returning for another visit to relax and enjoy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay! We had a great time at Seapell recently. We had 2 families with 7 people and the house accommodated us easily. Brilliant views of the ocean and surf with nice sunsets on the balcony. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and right on the Encounter bike way, next time we will bring our bikes. Some epic table tennis matches were had in the games room! Would highly recommend this property, very well priced for what you get!
