This beautiful, welcoming family home is set within a central location, across the road from the vibrant river precinct. A hop, skip and a jump from the Goolwa Main Street, steam train, paddle steamer, restaurants, bottle shop everything you need is literally at your doorstep.
This dog friendly and extremely well fenced home has a large under cover bbq area with a gas heater for all year round entertaining, large double garage for off street parking, table tennis table for hours of fun, 3 bikes including a tandem to ride the many bike tracks around town and a spa bath with separate shower to help you relax after a day out. A combustion heater to warm up the whole house on those cold winter nights, fire wood is supplied .
We now have fast nbn WIFI with heaps of downloads also a portable bluetooth speaker.
There is a fully equipped laundry with 6kg auto washing machine and clothes dryer,washing powder is supplied.

The home sleeps a maximum of 6 people 2 queen beds,2 singles. There is a cot and high chair available at no extra charge. All linen and towels are supplied. Bedding for cot is not supplied.
