There are 2 bedrooms that come with all the necessary linen and all towels. There is a queen size bed in the main bedroom, and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a fold out double bed in the lounge room for those extra guests.
There is a separate bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. There is also a separate toilet and laundry with a washing machine provided.
On the first day there will be cooked breakfast provisions provided for you to cook yourselves a hearty breakfast including bacon , eggs , tomatoes , bread , mushrooms , tea , coffee etc.
The property is set on a large block so there is plenty of room for the dogs and kids to play in. There is secure parking with the lock up carport and plenty of extra room for another vehicle or boat or caravan.

It is just a short stroll to Cadell street where you will be able to find many eating places including 2 pubs that are child friendly, takeaway shops,bakeries and cafes.
There are also banks, a chemist shop, and many crafty types of shops to enjoy.
There are markets on some Sundays down at the wharf. A short drive away is the lovely Goolwa beach.There are bike tracks all around to enjoy and plenty of playgrounds for the children..
The Fleurieu peninsula offers so many things to see and do including Victor Harbour with the horse drawn tram and granite island which is just a short stroll across the causeway.There is Middleton beach and the amazing horseshoe bay at Port Elliot. Also there is the cockle train that goes by and is a must see and do .
There are frequently whales spotted all along the coast in the whale season.
The Fleurieu Peninsula is home to many wineries including the famous Mclaren Vale and Willunga wine areas.
