Situated on the beach side of Port Elliot Road, half way between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot and only 300m from popular Olivers Parade Foreshore Reserve, Coastal Hayborough was built in 1993 and is set on a huge 808m2 block — plenty of room for the kids, the dog, or for backyard cricket. A short 5 min walk to the popular Chiton Rocks in Hayborough and 3km from the centre of Victor Harbor and Port Elliot with the choice of shops, cafes and tourist attractions.

Tourist attractions - great family home situated metres from the popular beaches of Hayborough. Enjoy a 5 min walk to see the cockle train and popular walk/bike way. 100 metres from bakery, deli,/takeaway and hairdresser. A short drive to the surf beaches of Waitpinga with Quad-biking adventures, Boomer Beach and Middleton with surf school; the pubs, cafes , market and bakery at Port Elliot; swimming, boogie boarding and fish and chips at the popular Flying Fish , Horseshoe Bay; the whale watching at The Bluff, Encounter Bay; the horse-drawn tram at Victor Harbor, with the causeway to Granite Island with its fairy penguin tours, and SA Whale Centre and Urimbirra Wildlife Park; Hindmarsh Island with Narnu Farm; Goowla with the historic wharf where Cruise the Coorong tours depart; as well as coast and day trips along the South Coast Tourist Drive 50, one of SA’s most popular tourist drives; Alexandrina Cheese at Mt Jag- ged, and to the wineries at McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek.
