This stylish 4 bedroom property rests on a gentle rise over looking north-facing vineyards & the Onkaparinga National Park in a quiet corner of the McLaren Vale.
The retreat has definitely been designed with relaxation in mind & although the ambience here is laid-back you are only minutes from what the McLaren Vale is renowned for - world class boutique wineries & culinary delights.
The property is also within 15 minutes drive from some of the Fleurieu Peninsula's finest beaches. Just remember to pack your own beach towels.
Altamira houses a collection of vintage & eclectic artefacts blended with luxurious touches. It also comes equipped with entertainment such as:

Our chefs kitchen is fitted out with everything you need to create magnificent meals, and enough crockery, cutlery and glassware to accommodate 8 people. IMPORTANT INFORMATION - ALTAMIRA VINEYARD RETREAT IS DEFINATLY NOT A PARTY HOUSE
It is beautifully furnished home that has been styled for enjoyment & relaxation. We also happen to have numerous neighbours that we both respect & value their friendship. Any large parties or gatherings that incur noise disturbance to our neighbours will not be tolerated and will result in the forfeiture of FULL bond and immediate eviction. Sorry if we sound a little harsh but we just want to be UP FRONT & CRYSTAL CLEAR ABOUT OUR HOUSE RULES
PETS: Due to the lack of adequate fencing, pets are not allowed.
EXTRA GUESTS visiting the property MUST be pre-arranged with owner prior to arrival.
GENERAL CARE: Respectful care of the house and grounds would be appreciated. Please leave the house as neat and tidy as you found it, placing all garbage/recycling in the bins provided in the carport.

As we are a working vineyard all efforts are made to ensure guests are not disturbed, however work must go on even during your stay. We require full access to the property at all times.
