Description

154 Newell Avenue is 3 bedroom elevated beach house in a private setting with only a 200 metre very easy stroll to the beautiful Surfers Parade beach. With lovely sea & rural views you can watch the surfers from the lounge room & listen to the crash of the waves at night. 154 Newell Avenue is ideally suited for a family with a fully enclosed rear yard and is a very relaxing, comfortable & clean beach house with a few little extra's thrown in to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Bedroom Configurations:

Bedroom 1 consists of queen bed, electric blanket, ceiling fan, very large built in robe and sea views. Electric roller shutters on the windows, if you wish to close them, make the bedroom lovely and dark for sleeping.

Bedroom 2 consists of sea views with queen bed, electric blanket, built in robes and flat screen remote controlled TV. Electric roller shutters to darken room make for great sleep ins

Bedroom 3 consists of 2 single beds, electric blankets, ceiling fan, block-out curtains, wardrobe, lots of children's toys & views to the rear garden.

Lounge room with 6-7 seater lounge & a recliner. Beautiful sea views & sliding doors opening out to the balcony. Flat screen TV with blue-ray player & plenty of DVD's to choose from. Bookcase full of books, magazines & games. Mini-sound system.

Fully equipped kitchen with Puratap providing filtered drinking water, dishwasher, microwave, electric slow cooker, blender, sandwich maker, teapot & tea leaves, coffee grinder, coffee beans & plunger, children's cutlery and plenty of pots & pans. Teabags, instant coffee & sugar provided. Tea-towels provided. Large dining table to seat 8.

Reverse cycle split system air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round, ceiling & pedestal fans if needed, however opening up the sliding doors and letting the sea breeze through is normally sufficient cooling

Separate laundry with washing machine & clothes dryer. Washing powder is provided.

Bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. Hairdryer, hand soap & heated towel racks for those cooler evenings is provided in the bathroom.

A high chair, cot including cot linen, babies bath, potty seat & step, children's DVD's, books, games & toys.

Outside there is a protected undercover outdoor dining area, great area for barbeque's & to escape the wind coming off the ocean. On the front balcony there is seating for 6 and a small table.

3 boogie boards are provided for use and a foot spa is available.

Off-street parking for 2 cars.

Strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Guests linen bedding & towels is not supplied. Contact Victor Linen for linen hire or we can organize this on your behalf. Pillows, quilts and plenty of extra blankets are supplied.

A playground is a short 250 metre walk away. Walk through Banksia and Wattle trees along the boardwalk off Hero Avenue to take you to a large grassy space, playground and barbeque area. An easy stroll and located on the protected side of the hill, which can be appreciated if it is a windy day down the beach

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Home away from home Fantastic place to stay, so clean and tidy, excellent location, so close to Goolwa, Pt Elliot and Victor Harbor. So much to do if you choose to stay in with books, DVDs, games and toys for the kids. Will definitely be recommending this property to others and it is incredible value. Thank you so much for the stay, will look to stay again for sure!

It was clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you would require and within a short stroll to the beach and sea views from the family room and bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again. Cannot fault this holiday house and would highly recommend that you consider staying here.
