This comfortable holiday home offers the opportunity for the whole family to enjoy an affordable holiday in a beachside setting. Located just minutes to the sought after Middleton Beach, the family and your four legged friend can relax and unwind with no need to pack the car for a day at the beach.

You’ll have two bedrooms, a master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with a tri-bunk plus and a good sized adjoining sleep out. The sleep out comes with a bunk bed and a fold out bed. This room can be utilized as an additional kids playroom/entertaining area, complete with lounge, TV and DVD. A second bathroom off the laundry area is also available.

The main living area with TV and DVD adjoins the dining room. These areas are accessible to the sleep out and front deck and make a great space for everyone to find a quiet spot to play or enjoy a glass of wine with a good book in the sunshine.

The kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll need for your stay and comes with a microwave, coffee machine and a dishwasher.

On the outside you’ll find a spacious back yard that is fully fenced and is a safe spot for the kids and your furry friend to play. This area also comes with an outdoor setting and BBQ and makes an ideal spot for the family to enjoy some alfresco dining.

Boogie boards, bikes, fishing rods and books are available at the property for you to enjoy.

Little Miss Middleton is tucked away off the road and has quick and easy access to the waves and white sand at Middleton beach and makes an ideal getaway all year round.
