This holiday house is perfectly situated in an area close to the beach, shops and cafe's of the Normanville main street. An easy stroll of approximately 300 metres will lead you to the picturesque beach and surf club.
The house contains 3 bedrooms, comprising of a queen bed, double bed and 2 sets of single bunk beds, all with spring mattresses. A porta-cot is available on request. The open plan living and kitchen area includes a recently renovated and fully equiped kitchen, leather lounge, flat screen tv, DVD player with DVD's, 8 seater dining table, breakfast bar and infant high chair if required. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. Please note that the price quoted for this property does not include linen. We ask that you provide sheet sets for the beds and towels. Quilts, blankets and pillows are provided.
A reverse cylce split-system provides all heating and cooling aswell as a combustion fire for those cool nights and ceiling fans to assist the sea breeze.
