All these attractions are only 30 minutes distance from the Bed and Breakfast.
The property stands on 5 acres which is fully fenced into 2 main paddocks and this also provides an opportunity for those couples who wish to include their horses on bush and/or beach riding holidays.
A dog yard is also provided for the well behaved small to medium sized dog/s whose stays are welcolme but subject to discussion with the owners.

Watson Park is surrounded with an acreage and private garden providing a variety of flora and fauna and offers the most stunning and captivating coastal views one could not imagine which extends to Rapid Bay.
Guests will enjoy a continental breakfast and in addition a complimentary bottle of quality local wine which is conditional upon minimum of 2 nights stay.
1 night's accomodation is offered except over Easter and long weekends.

Met by a friendly host who showed us to the barn/turned cottage. Bright clean colours, a comfortable bed, great shower, supplies in the fridge, and all in a lively rural setting.

We loved our stay at Watson Park B&B Richard was a lovely host, welcoming us on arrival and showing us all the features of the property. The property was exactly as pictured and described, beautifully decorated and very clean and cozy. We would love to stay there again sometime. Thanks Richard

Excellent location with a country feel, near the beach and close to wineries. Very clean, beautifully styled and appropriately private B and B. Hosts are very accomodating and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay, hopefully be back soon

Jan was very welcoming when we eventually reached the property. She was so nice to have stayed up, to personally receive us & show us around what was a clean & beautiful property with stunning views. While our stay, this time, was more a transit one, on our way to KI, we hope to be back and spend more nights at Richard & Jan's property.

We enjoyed a great weekend at Watson Park. Richard and Jan were very friendly and welcoming and the B&B itself was lovely. Comfy king-sized bed, nice bathroom and a cute garden with beautiful views of the coast. Frankie the cat and Jock the dog were added bonuses The B&B was very close to Normanville, Carrickalinga and also Second Valley which was perfect for a weekend on the beach.

It was such a delight to stay a night at Watson park. Richard's attention to detail was most appreciated, from the daisies freshly picked from the garden and also leaving the air-conditioning on for us before we arrived on the scorching day. We were very impressed with the property; as the listing describes, it was truly a cross between a country and coastal lifestyle. The property looked just as it was listed, however surprisingly more spacious. The scenery was breathtaking, with views that stretched across Second Valley to Rapid Bay, which is all only within a half an hours drive. The home is fully equipped with all the essentials for making a lovely home cooked meal with the local supermarket, Foodland only down the road. The neighbourhood was very quiet and tranquil, with a friendly dog that lived on the property, and also horses which lived across the road. This was the perfect getaway that we needed, would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a little retreat We look forward to coming again for a longer stay
Lovely place for a long weekend break. Richard received us with "feel like at home" approach and the experience was as per his welcome, including with lovely pets.
A lovely location, only minutes away from town but far enough to be peaceful and secluded. Richard and Jan were lovely hosts and made us feel exceptionally welcome. The property is very well appointed and is highly recommended for anyone looking at staying in the area.
This property was fantastic Stunning setting with brilliant views with a cosy, creative little house filled with special touches such as fresh bread being left for our enjoyment. We received a very warm and genuine welcome upon our arrival and a cheerful goodbye. We would definitely recommend Wateon Park to anyone looking to get away from the city

Our stay at Watson park was everything we had hoped for. Close enough to the main township to walk but also having the feeling of being away from all the hustle and bustle.
