VILLA 49 SOUTH SHORES
Villa 49 is a detached Yellowfin design in the secure gated community of South Shores.
South Shores sits in a tranquil leafy setting, boasting lush lawns, a playground/park, barbeque areas and two magnificent swimming pools.
The Villa is on the quiet Eastern side of the development, overlooking the sand dunes at the back and the landscaped lawns at the front. It is a short walk to either the swimming pool or to the private boardwalk leading through the dunes to the stunning Normanville beach.
The district is notorious for it’s breathtaking scenery and views across to Kangaroo Island and the sunsets are unforgettable.
The accommodation is air-conditioned throughout and is both child friendly as well as entirely suitable to the executive couple. There are three bedrooms – two with queen sized beds and a third with triple bunks. There is also plenty of room to accommodate a child’s bed or porta-cot if required, upon request. There is also a baby safety gate on the stairs.
The lounge is large and open plan, with a T.V. and leads through the bi fold doors to the upper deck and barbeque area, where you can also relax and enjoy the cool summer breeze, or sun bathe. The dining area seats eight comfortably and there is additional seating at the expansive breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with Smeg appliances and granite bench tops. The separate laundry is also fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
The Master bedroom on the upper floor has it’s own T.V. and the adjoining en suite has a spa bath. There is also a separate powder room and an additional bathroom on the lower floor.
The double garage has an additional refrigerator for your convenience and the garage space can also be used for table tennis. There is also a double carport.
South Shores has so much to offer, having the opportunity for horse riding right next door, or golfing at The Links Lady Bay golf course just across the road. The number one ranked links golf course in South Australia. You can also enjoy water sports, surfing, fishing, picnics, arts and crafts, great coffee shops, fine food and great local wines to sample, being very near to the famous McLaren Vale. Up the road, Second Valley is a hidden treasure and offers snorkelling and rock walking. If you enjoy 4WD, the Deep Creek National Park, just before Cape Jervis has a short track adventure. A Helicopter ride could be another adventure and the list goes on.
