Beautifully appointed new 2 storey home in a sought after location, within a short two minute walk to a sandhill path that leads to the beach and short walking distance to shops and cafes. Downstairs is the main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and a large light filled open living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar. There is a separate toilet and spacious laundry with the double sliding doors from the living/dining area opening onto a large covered outdoor entertaining area complete with built in gas BBQ and furniture. Upstairs there are three large queen sized rooms, one with additional bunk beds, each with their own sliding door access onto the balconies and a central 3-way bathroom the main bedroom has a TV, and an additional spacious living area also with access onto the rear balcony.For your entertainment there is a high quality stereo system with ipod dock, bluetooth sound system, large screen TV and DVD player downstairs and TV,  XBox, games, toys, books including an extensive DVD collection upstairs, there is also a table tennis table for your enjoyment.  For comfort there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. The fully fenced backyard has a glorious garden and lawns with abundant bird life and a cubby house and outdoor shower. Go through the back gate and you will see the path to the beach Child facilities including high chair, portable cot, toddler bed, pram and safety gate for stairs are available on request.
