Minimum stays over SA school holidays are generally seven days, if there are periods within these times that don't allow for a full seven days, please enquire. Allowances will be made.
This property is in a quiet residential area and the peace of neighbouring permanent residents has to be respected. No parties or loud music late into the evening is allowed.

The upstairs open plan living encompasses living area with r/c airconditioning, kitchen and dining. The fully-equipped kitchen also has a microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom queen size bed which has a large built-in wardrobe, also has two way access to the main bathroom which has a separate toilet and vanity, perfect for sharing. There is also a small bedroom with single bunk beds and built-in wardrobe.
A port-a-cot is also available for your use during your stay byo linen etc.
In the open plan living area, there are floor to ceiling windows and glass doors on both sides opening out to a huge wrap around balcony with an outdoor setting for ten people.
The downstairs double bedroom queen size bed has sliding doors on both sides opening up to a tiny courtyard on one side ideal for coffee in the sun and the backyard on the other.
It has a laundry with washing machine, dryer, with a small room with shower, basin and toilet.
The other room with single bunk beds is also on the ground floor.
There are portable evaporative coolers in both these downstairs bedrooms.
The enclosed back yard has another outdoor setting for 8 people which is ideal when the weather is inclement, it has a view of the hills. There is a Webber Q BBQ and an undercover area for car or entertainment.
