Beautiful views, great location & lots of room for a memorable holiday.
Situated on the Port Elliot headland in the prime tourism precinct, you can take advantage of short strolls to Horseshoe Bay, Green Bay, Knights Beach and all the fabulous historic township has to offer.
The main house, completed in 2016, has been positioned to make the most of the sweeping views. The views capture Granite Island and the Bluff over Victor Harbor as well as over Port Elliot towards Middleton & Goolwa beach. The summer sunsets over Victor Harbor make for a great backdrop when entertaining or just chilling out on the deck.
The house is two stories, has four large bedrooms, two huge living areas, fully equipped laundry and kitchen with a large meals area. The master bedroom has a walk-in robe and ensuite. The main bathroom is downstairs and there is another powder room to service the upstairs living area.
The house is furnished with modern chic pieces to complement the holiday lifestyle. Large couches, 3 queen beds as well as a tri bunk (single over a double) make for comfortable sleeping up to 9 people with each room having good storage space. Plenty of bench space as well as heaps of stools & multiple areas to entertain depending on the weather.
The house has been equipped with all you need to relax and enjoy your break at Port Elliot. In the house there is kitchen with microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the cooking utensils you should need. There are two large screen LED TV’s both with Blu-ray. Upstairs there is a speaker box for your own tunes when entertaining on the deck. There is a large split system reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs for when the sea breeze isn’t enough. Downstairs there is an Xbox (360) as well as another deck to make the most of the sun.
Outside there is plenty of room for the kids to run around in the cottage style grounds. There is an outdoor shower to wash the last swim off as well as a large fire pit and seating for entertaining. Lots of space for the cars and even a small boat off Merrilli Place.
An original feature of this property is the circa 1900’s stone cottage. This is utilised as a large rumpus room with slow combustion fire, table tennis table and darts board (supply own darts). It is a great area for the kids to get away from the adults or for the kids at heart to play the night away…
