South Seas 4 is located on the cliff tops overlooking Knights Beach. You can be on the beach within only a minute of the front door, with beach walkway access directly opposite your townhouse.

Take a short stroll to the famous Horseshoe Bay and Flying Fish Cafe or venture into the heart of the seaside town of Port Elliot where there are an assortment of shops, weekend markets, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and day spas - on weekends catch the steam driven Cockle Train to Victor Harbor or Goolwa.

South Seas 4 has two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with two bunk beds, one King Single Bunk and one Single Bunk. A port-a-cot can also be provided at your request. There are 2 toilets one upstairs, one downstairs, a bathroom, separate laundry and undercover parking.

All of this together with the calming ocean will just make your break the tranquil, relaxing get away you are looking for.

South Seas 4 is professionally cleaned on your departure, ensuring you guaranteed spotless presentation and a relaxing holiday.

All bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied for each booking. This includes brand new quilt covers, sheets & pillow cases, large white bath towels, hand towels, bath mat, and tea towels. All of the beds have quality dunas/duvets/quilts.

South Seas 4 is situated in the heart of Port Elliot just one hours drive from Adelaide GPO, the Kangaroo Island Ferry or 30 minutes from the Maclaren Vale wine region.

South Seas 4 overlooks the rocks at Green Bay and Knights Beach and has an uninterrupted sea view to Granite Island.

Horseshoe Bay, the Flying Fish Restaurant, Cockle Train and the historic main street are just a 2 minute stroll away. Leave the car behind and explore

PRICING

Includes professionally prepared linen and towels. We guarantee that South Seas 4 will be spotless on arrival.

MINIMUM STAY

Most of the year 2 nights.

Long weekends 3 nights.

Easter 4 nights.

Christmas/New Year period 7 nights. Preference is given to stays of 14 nights. Pet stays not available.

Off peak and specials for longer stays excluding Christmas

SECURITY BOND

A bond of $300.00 is required before arrival. The funds are refunded to you after your successful post stay inspection/clean.

SCHOOLIES WEEK

Unfortunately we are not able able to offer accommodation to students during schoolies week in November.
