This homes kitchen is well equipped to cater for large groups , and the large window frames yet another view of the beach, jetty and reef and opens one end to hand out items to the large outdoor dining. With plenty of room for the extended family there is an additional living room on the lower level that is perfect as a movie room when you need to escape. There is plenty of space for the family or extended family and friends.
The master bedroom upstairs is generous in size with walk in wardrobes and ensuite, with the bed positioned so you can lie in bed and watch the waves.
The second and third bedrooms upstairs also with ocean views have built in wardrobes and are serviced by the main bathroom with sAAhower and bath and separate toilet.
The fourth bedroom downstairs with a great view of the jetty is like a one bedroom unit and is perfect for a young family to share as there is a queen bed and a double sofa couch in its smaller living room and has access and is serviced by the bathroom/toilet through from the laundry. This bedroom has access from the main house or its own outdoor access so can be closed off for situations where guests might want more privacy as can happen when the house has been booked for wedding guests that are not familiar with each other or a last minute stay for a couple.
The fifth bedroom downstairs facing the rear yard has two singles and extra trundles for extra guests or children wanting to share together.
