All three bedrooms have block-out quality curtains and a ceiling fan. The mattresses were purchased new when the house was renovated in June 2017. Two of the bedrooms contain reverse-cycle air-conditioning units for year round comfort. In bedrooms one and two you’ll find a queen sized bed with a King Koil Chiropractor-approved mattress, clothing rail and chest of drawers. While the third bedroom contains two single beds and a change table with drawers. A porta-cot and cot mattress are stored under one of the single beds and cot sheets and blankets are available upon request. A high chair is stored in the laundry room.
NBN wireless internet throughout. The lounge room contains two sofas, a 40 inch Smart TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, board games and books for all ages. It has a choice of the wall gas heater or the reverse-cycle air-conditioner unit. The family sized kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, pots, pans, dishware, cutlery, and contains reverse-cycle air-conditioning. It overlooks the café style dining area. The bathroom provides a bath, shower and basin. Brand new gas instant hot water system installed in June of 2017. Ceramic technology Remington hair dryer for your convenience. Separate toilet.
Generous sized backyard, providing the option for you to bring your dog. Hypo-allergenic dogs are allowed in the house, while the back verandah provides shelter for outside dogs.
Laundry room available for guest use, which contains a good quality 7.5kg front loading washing machine, laundry trough, steam iron and ironing board. There's an undercover clothes line.
For those bringing a car, there's a double garage. Port Noarlunga South is about a 45 minute drive the the Adelaide CBD.
Conveniently located near the bus stop. Alternatively, the Noarlunga Interchange train station is an 8 minute drive or the Seaford train station is 5 minutes away.
