Located just behind the Esplanade of historic Port Willunga, this stylish beach house offers a lovely escape within walking distance to the beach and short drives to fantastic restaurants.
A clean spacious feel makes this perfect for couples and small families looking to getaway. Although only listed as two bedrooms, there is plenty of room to relax inside and out on this 720 square metre block. This property would suit one or two couples escaping, families 3-7 or small groups of friends. Please contact to make bedding arrangements there is flexibility with a sofa bed.
You may want to make yourself at home and use the kitchen or barbecue facilities, take a short stroll with picnic gear approx 400m to local beach access, drive to one of the many great restaurants in the Fleurieu region, or walk to the iconic Star of Greece restaurant approx. 1000m.
The property consists of a huge master bedroom with ensuite access to the one large bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of space giving that luxurious feel there is a sofa bed in this room and additional king single mattress stored below the queen. The second bedroom is spacious and currently filled with two double beds and a single mattress stored below.
When you enter the house you walk into a large entrance area with a sofa bed that can be used if extra guests are staying upon organising before stay. This entrance space leads through to the kitchen and dining room which all have a light and spacious feel thanks to many windows down this side of the house looking out onto the garden. Past the kitchen and dining is the living room area. In this space there are two sofas, coffee table, 40" UHD TV and stereo. Sliding doors face out to the rear of the property from the living room.
The back area of the house is currently under development. Two areas of paving are in progress and not accessible to guests as there are some incomplete sections. We expect the paving to be completed by the end of October. This makes the lawned area running the entire side with shady trees a more pleasant place to relax and eat.
During your stay you have full access to the laundry room with washing machine, iron + ironing board. The property has a large carport at the front big enough for tall caravans and the whole front is enclosed by a blue fence and dual access timber gates.

Around the property
There is beach access approximately 400m from the house. This is a great spot to get the place to yourself and have a picnic. Timber steps lead down to this little cove that the most sheltered along this stretch of coast. It is a little rocky here but great for snorkelling or exploring the rock pools. If you look for it you will find a sandy patch about 80m north.
The Star of Greece Restaurant and popular stretch of Port Willunga beach are about 1000m walk north from the house. Its often nice to walk here and return via a loop along the beach and up the timber steps further south.
Along the Esplanade to the South approx 3km you meet Aldinga/Silver Sands beaches where you can drive your car onto. Great to take all the gear easily or pick up some food and eat on the beach.
Aldinga Shopping Centre is about 1.8km inland, here you can find Coles, Foodland, Butcher, Asian takeaway, Pizza, Anytime Fitness, Variety Store, Petrol Station and Mitre 10 hardware store nearby.
