A shady walk through the old survey area and you're at Port Willunga beach and the Star of Greece restaurant.
Our house is a tidy, 70s brick veneer, with a huge front lawn think cricket pitch, a secure yard for the boat and the dog and large, sheltered, outdoor areas with BBQ, running water and sink.
Easy to occupy, freshly painted and furnished in a retro style, the house overlooks the creek bed that leads to the beach and back to Aldinga Village with a great bakery, grocer and the famous Miss Gladys on Sea fashion emporium.
The Friday After Five markets are not to be missed. Local produce, music, wine and collectibles in a magical, twigs light environment, with a secure, managed play area for the kids.
Our house is not posh; 1 toilet, separate bathroom, modernized, 70s kitchen with dishwasher, separate breakfast, dining and living rooms and a handy sofa bed that makes it sleep up to 8. It's also wheelchair friendly.
Watch the bikes go past at the end of our street in the Willunga phase of the Tour Down Under.
We are an easy 45 minute drive south from Adelaide CBD or Airport via the Southern Expressway or down the coast road.Catch the train from Adelaide Railway Station to Seaford Station and bus to stop 107 just around the corner from us, in just over an hour. Bring bikes to ride around- lots of local tracks along the coast and through the wineries.
