Upstairs is a master suite with king-size bed, wall-mounted television and lovely en suite, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed and TV. This level also houses a powder room and the impressive main living area, with large sofa, wall-mounted TV with DVD player and Foxtel, record player, stereo and the eye-catching fireplace heat can be ducted to the downstairs living area to keep everyone cosy in the cooler months.
The open-plan space incorporates an ultra-modern and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, plus the dining area with a beautiful table setting. Glass doors lead out to the balcony, which offers views down the coast and includes an outdoor kitchen, alfresco setting, hammock, ceiling fans and strip heaters.

Less than an hour’s drive from Adelaide, Sellicks Beach is renowned for its safe, sandy beach ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding and surf fishing and golden cliffs.
