Master bed with ensuite and walk-in-robe, second bathroom servicing the other two bedrooms . Large front balcony with panoramic views, outdoor furniture. Air-conditioned spacious combined living/dining area with Plasma TV, DVD & VCR and second living area with lounge and TV. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. The building also provides a lap pool and secure car parking for 2 cars, 205 indicated on car park spaces .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The property was nice but during the school holidays there are trains that run past this propety every hour or so and they are old trains and make a lot of noise so don't plan on a nap during the day. When I booked I advised there would be 3 couples staying so we would need at least 2 sets of keys. We were only given one set and as we arrived After the estate agent had closed we had to wait until Monday to speak with the estate agent. The estate agent that I spoke with was crap. She could not give me a straight answer and wax trying to give me the run around. I left it with as she was making me angry by blatantly lying to me. I advised that I would return in an hour. When I got backshe told me that they could give me another key to Poenthe apartment door but they did not have another fob as it had been posted to the next tenant. When I booked I was advised that the keys could not be posted to me. Her solution was to give me a phone number of someone lee who lived in the apartment so that they could let us into the building and onto our floor (you need the fob to get I the building through the doors, garage and lift). This was a ridiculous solution as we were not likely to phone a stranger over the Christmas period. Also... We had no guarantee tht the person would be at home. The lease agreement did not reflect the property very well as it told us that we had to take our own linens and also that we had to do all the cleaning. Also when we arrived after a 9 hour drive to get there... We could not use the toilets as there was no toilet paper or even tissues I the place. We paid $2'000 for a weeks accommodation and for that price I expect to be able to enter and exit the building at will and not have to coordinate this with the other guests, I expect to be able to usethetoilet when I get there and I expect someone to clean up when we leaft. The property was nice enough but not worth $2,000 a week and the service was beyond crap! I would not stay again.
