The 2 spacious 3 bedroom townhouses ( pictured) are located overlooking the sea on a quiet stretch of Franklin Parade on Encounter Bay. Together they offer larger groups convenient, spacious accommodation for a special break with best friends and families coming together for holiday time at the beach.
Franklin Parade is widely regarded as the premier seafront location at Victor Harbor.
Each property has 3 bedrooms. 5 of the bedrooms have king beds .... one king bedroom also has a set of bunks ( no additional charge for children using the bunks) the 6th bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. As well as 3 bedrooms, each townhouse has 2 living & dining areas, 2 bathrooms and parking for up to 3 cars.
The properties are two storey, downstairs each townhouse has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom ( with a shower over the bath) laundryand a living area, upstairs each townhouse had a bedroom, en suite bathroom with a shower at floor level, kitchen, living and dining .
Upstairs each property has a front balcony and rear deck. On the rear deck there is a BBQ and outdoor furniture
Together the 2 properties are ideal for group of up to 13 ( + 2 children if using bunks) guests wanting to spend a quiet time with family or friends, perhaps choosing to spend their day together and their evenings in their own townhouse. Ideal for 2 families, or a blended group of 2 or more generations .
Each property has a fully enclosed rear yard.
We are not able to offer the properties to groups who are looking to host a party as this contravenes local council regulations. We respectfully ask that our guests abide by this regulation.

Boasting panoramic seafront views these 2 properties are 2 of very few properties offering genuine seafront views of beautiful Encounter Bay from Granite Island to The Bluff.
The Encounter Bikeway meanders past the front of the properties on its way from Encounter Bay to Goolwa.
A few minutes from the house at Kent Reserve is a great kids playground with swings etc for littlies and a basketball ring for older children, a 15 minute walk will see you at the Yilki precinct where you will find The Beach Hut Cafe which offers fantastic pizza's and curries, ....you can "dine in" or ring to order a take away. Best to book or ring early to order if you decide to take away.
The Yilki store is the place to pick up your daily paper, buy an ice cream or pop in for Ash's fantastic bacon & egg breakfast..don't miss this treat, its simple and delicious..best to book for larger groups.
Cafe 61 at Yilki is the spot to go for fish and chips.
A little further around the bay you will find Eat @ Whalers, a very classy cafe / restaurant, where once again its best to book,... our guests are welcomed with a glass of champy when you present your voucher..
We have negotiated special deals for our guests at several other spots around Victor and are constantly looking for new deals for our guests.
Currently you can book a Big Duck dolphin tour on line and receive a 10% discount ( must be booked on line to receive the discount).
Ballast stone winery offer our guests the opportunity to purchase one bottle of wine at full price and receive a 2nd bottle of wine at half price

These properties are well equipped with all linen supplied, quality crockery, cutlery and glasses. Each townhouse has a pantry cupboard with a supply of Twinings tea and Robert Timms coffee,long life milk, jams and spreads & a supply of condiments.
We leave a basic supply of shampoo and conditioner, soap, toilet paper etc in the bathrooms, laundry detergent, washing up liquid, tea towels and dish washing tablets for the dish washer.
