Anderl's Beach Cottage is a quintessential beach house offering you a modern, fresh and beautifully equipped cottage for your holiday stay.
Beachport is a quiet beachside town located on the beautiful Limestone Coast, a great family friendly holiday destination, about 380km from Adelaide and 555km from Melbourne. It is home to South Australia's second longest jetty.
The cottage can sleep up to 6, with the master and second bedrooms featuring Queen beds, and the third bedroom with a single bed and pull-out mattress.
The modern kitchen/dining has a free standing breakfast bar, double sink, stainless steel appliances electric fan-forced oven, electric cook top and microwave, as well as a fridge and freezer.
There is plenty of pantry space where you will find all you need for a family holiday, including Tupperware, salad bowls, even cake trays. We also have a coffee grinder and coffee machine.
There are many little extras to help make for a smoother start to your self-contained holiday, from the easy style self check-in to the starter toiletries, including locally-made soap and hairdryer.
The living room has two comfortable couches and a reverse cycle split system. The bathroom has a corner 2 person spa with an overhead shower. There is also a separate laundry with both a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The cottage is fully self- contained with everything including professionally hired linen and towels supplied to you free of charge.
Outside, there is a rear deck, perfect for alfresco dining, with an outdoor setting for 6 and a BBQ. There is also a lockable shed to safely store your boat and fishing and beach gear.
And with just over one acre of gardens and lawn - and a cubby house too - you can sit back and watch your kids be kids, while you sip on a glass of local Coonawarra wine.
Anderl's Beach Cottage is within walking distance to local cafes, hotels and shops and both the front beach and back beach. It is also perfectly located for day trips to the Coonawarra and other Limestone Coast natural and historic attractions.
Beachport is simply captivating - it is nestled in the north end of Rivoli Bay, surrounded by white pristine beaches which offer surf and safe swimming all year round.
Spectacular views of rugged coastlines along the many scenic drives will capture the pristine beauty of this beautiful hamlet.
One of many highlights to visit is the Pool of Siloam.... Beachport salt lake is almost 7 times saltier than the sea and the high salt concentration in the water makes swimming very easy. Or take a day trip to the beautiful Coonawarra wine region for wine tastings, and whilst you are there visit Historic Penola township and wander through the beautiful town engulfed in history.
Take a day trip to Robe township and enjoy the local food on offer or simply enjoy fish and chips on the foreshore, the list is endless.......
There are many walks scattered around the town a must see are the Lighthouse & Lookout, Chambers Way, Wendy's walk and Lankys walk.
Or simply sit down at one of the cafés and enjoy the local coffee and uninterrupted views of the Bay.

Just a quick review from our stay at Anderl’s Beach cottage –:
The cottage is just wonderful. On arrival the cottage was ready and organised and wonderfully clean with all linen and towels layout. Complimentary shampoo, conditioners and soap were also supplied along with tea and coffee which is nice to have on arrival after driving all day. It makes such a difference all those personal touches Thank you once again Lisa and look forward to staying again with you one day.
We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed staying in Anderl's Beach Cottage. Lisa was very quick to respond and provided lots of helpful information. The cottage was very quaint and well maintained, beautiful from the outside and inside. It has 3 good bedrooms and our family fitted in well. The only downside is that there is no table inside which is big enough for us all to sit around for meal times, but we coped fine.
Beachport is a beautiful place, with some gorgeous beaches and close to the wineries and Robe. The cottage was in a good location.
We hope to return one day.

We only stayed at Anderl's Beach Cottage overnight on our way to Melbourne from Adelaide arrived late and left early but the accommodations were lovely, clean and well kept; very homey. The beds were very comfy. We did water your flowers on the front porch as requested. Thank you for your hospitality
