Location, Location This peaceful waterfront apartment is the perfect place for your next holiday.
Situated in the heart of Coles Bay, the property is located as close to the water as you can get.
Lying back on the sofa you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Bay and The Hazards, while taking in the activities on the waterfront at the busy boat ramp - often a hive of activityespecially in the summer.
Just a short walk away, less than a 100 meters, you'll find the General Store and the popular Tombolo Cafe, which has just changed hands and renamed “Geographie”. The coffee is great The Pizzas are yum.
This ground floor apartment boasts a spacious open living area, the living, dining and kitchen all in one space with the most amazing view. Some people have dubbed it the "fish bowl", as the living area is all glass. You can quietly look out, but as the glass is tinted it is quite private.
We have just installed a reverse cycle air conditioner which is something I have wanted and was on top of my list of priorities. It will be helpful on the occasional summer's day when it is hot, but make it cosy and comfortable in the winter
Our yellow couches have been replaced by new lovely grey ones which tone in so much better.
Since last summer we have replaced with new, the beds as well, so all in all, it has a lovely fresh look.
We have also installed WiFi and you can log in for free.
Especially our interstate and overseas guests will be pleased as phone coverage with anything other than Telstra is hopeless.
When making a booking for two you only have access to the main bedroom with the Queen Bed. It is spacious and you could fit in a cot if needed.
If you arrive expecting two bedrooms you will need to let me know before arrival and this incurs an added $30 per bed used per night. As you would realize this involves extra cleaning and laundry costs.
Modern clean facilities
Full size fridge
Flat screen TV
Spacious main bedroom with Queensize bed.
Roomy second bedroom with 2 single beds
All linen and lovely soft towels supplied plus soap and shampoo etc.
At the back of the property you'll find a wood fired barbeque and seating area with an amazing view of the Hazards and the water. This space is available for you to use. Wood and kindling are right at your fingertips.
This magical spot in Coles Bay has been our family's favourite holiday spot for many years. But unfortunately, as half of our children and grandchildren have moved interstate, we do not visit as often as we used to, or would like. So we have decided to let others enjoy this magnificent spot and make wonderful memories like we have.
The downstairs unit is totally self contained. Only occasionally will there be anyone in the main house upstairs, and this will not interfere with our guests at all.
Please note ... If you have booked as a couple or as Two adults, you will find the extra bedroom is locked.
Prices set are for two guests and extra guests are charged $30 p.p. Per night.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
