The property sleeps 6, with a queen bed, double and two single beds within 3 bedrooms. There is one bathroom. Laundry facilities, with a front loader. Full kitchen facilities including a gas cook top and electric oven. Kitchen, dining and lounge with beautiful views over the garden and the Lagoon. There is a wood heater for those cooler evenings.
The home has been designed to be considerate to the natural environment; a heat bank of tiles in the living area warms the home of an evening, the house has solar power and solar hot water, grey water distribution.
Great location for children, the house is set on a spacious block, lawn to set up the cricket stumps!
This is our family home, we have aimed to price it reasonably, as a visitor you are welcome to enjoy the comforts of the house. In maintaining reasonable rates, we ask that you assist in the way that you use and leave the house.
The property does not have complete fencing, but pets are not considered sorry.
Falmouth and Local Attractions
The house is located a short, less than 2 minute walk to the water’s edge of the tidal Henderson Lagoon or the ocean. Swimming/boating/surfing/fishing, the choice is yours! There are a great range of local activities in the township of Falmouth; lovely walks, tennis court, local playground, Bmx track, basketball ring and football goals or recreation ground with cricket pitch, all within two minutes walk!
There is not a shop in the township of Falmouth, the closest shop is 10kms away at St .Marys or Scamander. Planning for medical or food supplies can ensure you have a relaxing break.
Falmouth is a small township on a headland. It is in a great central location to explore all aspects of the east coast. To name a few; you could travel North to Binalong Bay, Bay of Fires, St Helens and Scamander. To the south you will find, Bicheno, Douglas Apsley National Park, and Freycinet. To the west, the beautiful Fingal Valley, South Esk and Break O' Day Rivers and Ben Lomond.
We recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances, to assist with any costs incurred.
To confirm your booking, please provide a $400 deposit/bond. The payment for your accommodation needs to be paid at least 14 days prior to your check in date. If the balance is not received, before 14 days of your booking, it will be assumed that you no longer needing the booking and your deposit will be returned. The bond will be returned to you after the inspection of the property on you departure.

Please note that, regretfully Falmouth Beach Break is not available to be used for weddings, parties or camping.
We do not accommodate groups of unaccompanied minors or school leavers.
There is sufficient parking at the rear of the house for a maximum of 4 cars and a boat could be parked. The home is not connected to town water, tank water is in use. Boats are not to be washed from the water in the tanks of the house; there is insufficient water for domestic use and cleaning of boats. Car/boat washing facilities are available at Scamander, St Helens, and Bicheno, where major boat ramps are located. St Marys also has car wash facilities.
The house is able to be booked for a maximum of 6 persons only, occupying the house. We take bookings up to 3 months in advance.
