Skipping Stones is right in the township, no need to drive, just walk to corner store, it is only around the corner, for any food supplies you may require.
Newly renovated, and centrally located this is the ideal place to base your stay. All the linen and towels are supplied, and we also provide towels for the beach. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, soap and conditioner, and if there is something you need we are right in the township.
Easy walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants, beaches, parks and playgrounds and golf course. Great easy walk around The Headland track, with fantastic views of the bay.
House consists of a fully equipped kitchen, we have large refrigerator with freezer compartment, plenty of pots and cooking utensils, crockery, wine glasses etc. The heat pump for heating and cooling, flat screen television in lounge area and second television in second queen bedroom. There is a front loader washing machine, basket, pegs and clothes line in back yard.
Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Large back yard for the children to ride bikes.
The house is situated on a double block and we are negotiable to some pets, if the need arises. They are to be housed in the kennel provided and not inside the house.
Terms and Conditions
Skipping Stones at Swansea is a comfortable 3 bedroom home, sitting in a central location that is quiet, Skipping Stones has a:
No Party Policy, out of respect to our neighbours; and
No Smoking in the house.
Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Additional fees apply if the above policies are not observed.
Guests also undertake to pay for damage, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay.
We require a 50 deposit with the balance paid 1 month prior to the dates required.
The following cancellation fee structure applies:
Greater than 14 days before the date that you require = 50,
Less than 14 days the date you require = 100,
Unless the property can be re-let.
