Swansea is a pretty seaside village 1hr 30 min drive each way to Hobart or Launceston and is central to the East Coast overlooking Great Oyster Bay. It has a rich colonial history and old world charm and is a great base to explore all the East Coast of Tasmania has to offer including great wineries and Freycinet National Park with the world renowned Wineglass bay a 40 minute drive away.
Swansea which boasts some fantastic fishing, with flathead in abundance. There is also great bream (river) fishing only 10 minutes drive away.
Swansea has Tasmania's highest average temperatures which make it a great spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.
Swansea has fully equipped supermarket and general store , numerous restaurants (some offering locally caught seafood) and Chemist.

Pricing and terms are subject to change and/or negotiation. The owners will strive to ensure that the property is available when required. However the owners have the right to amend bookings due to unforeseen circumstances You should confirm booking and pricing with the property owner. Bookings paid through the Stayz online payment system incur a 2% credit card surcharge.
Deposit of 50% non-refundable (unless the property can be re-let for at least the same period) is required to secure the booking. Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the option to attempt to re-let and cancel the booking. If this occurs a $50 cancellation fee applies.
If linen is required, this will incur a charge of $50 per stay
A security bond of 25% is required and will be refunded after checkout if there is no damage or breach of terms.
Pets (outside) may be considered after discussion with owners. A $50 bond will apply and will be refunded if there is no sign of a pet being in the house. This will be determined by the cleaner.
Any property damage, breakage, theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay. The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property during their stay.
