"Magic Beach" is a 3 bedroom, Luxury Apartment located right on the water's edge at beautiful Boat Harbour Beach, North-West Tasmania. This magnificent new Apartment is comfortably furnished and fully self contained to ensure you have all the comforts of home. Please note on the main photo of the building that this spacious apartment is the lower level, the closest one to the ocean. This Apartment is not suitable for Pets.

As soon as you enter "Magic Beach" you will be amazed by the spectacular views and its close proximity to your very own beachfront The Apartment has three bedrooms, open plan and spacious living, dining and gourmet kitchen with quality appliances and a spacious deck overlooking the ocean. Just a few steps will have you on the pristine white sands of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world......Boat Harbour Beach.

There is a King bed, Queen bed and a "trio" bed which is a double with single above. Linen and towels are provided.

This property is permitted to sleep maximum of seven people. This maximum number of seven people cannot be exceeded due to licensing and insurance conditions.

SPECIAL WINTER RATES AVAILABLE

Winter is magnificent at Magic Beach Apartment. Watch the ever changing ocean and views from the warm and cosy comfort of your living room. There’s a beautiful electric fire that not only provides cosy warmth but also the comforting glow of the warmest fire without having to collect the firewood

From May through August special Winter rates apply.

$285 per night to include four people with additional Guests at $25 per person per night.

PLEASE NOTE: There is off street parking for one vehicle only. Any additional parking is on Port Road curbside. The Apartment is within a complex of four permanent Owner occupied residential apartments. Other parking areas apart from the one allocated spot for Magic Beach Apartment guests are owned and utilised by permant residents. We ask our holiday guests to please be mindful of our permanent residents with the parking arrangement and the continued peaceful and quiet environment.
