Ambience Beach House is owned by Sue and Mike Nesham who have lived in Leith for ten years and on the North West Coast of Tasmania all their lives. Sue and Mike have lovingly restored this 1970's beach house to cater for romantic escapes, family holidays or a large group of friends.
Ambience Beach House boasts uninterrupted views of Bass Strait from the open plan living areas, balcony and the two front bedrooms.
Enjoy the changing views of the surfers, fishing boats, yachts and the Spirit of Tasmania ferry. Relax into the ever-changing weather and, if you’re lucky, catch sight of penguins, dolphins or whales. Delight in the spectacular sunrises, sunsets and expansive night skies.
Ambience is absolute beachfront and located in the tiny, tranquil and secluded village of Leith; you can unwind and enjoy the magnificent sea views and relaxing sounds of the waves on the rocks without leaving your room
Ambience has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The four bedrooms have luxurious Tasmanian-made beds, fragrant Huon pine bedheads and are dressed with crisp white linen. The lounge room has a large TV, bluetooth sound system and comfy leather couches.
Ambience is located just a short drive from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal, Devonport airport, Anvers’ Chocolate Factory, Barringwood and Ghost Rock wineries, Hellyers’ Road Distillery, Tasmazia, pick-your-own berry farms, Gunns Plains and Mole Creek caves, Ashgrove Cheese, Leven Canyon, as well as countless fine dining restaurants and cafés.
Travel for just an hour through Tasmania’s premiere farmlands to reach Cradle Mountain National Park, Stanley and the Nut, Narawntapu National Park and Launceston.
