THE LOFT @ BAY OF FIRES SEASCAPE Binalong Bay is nestled between the Humbug National Park and the Bay of Fires conservation area, and overlooks Skeleton Bay. It is located within easy reach of the world renowned Bay of Fires stretch of pristine beach, the boat ramp and is within walking distance to the local café restaurant for a leisurely meal. We love spoiling our guests and even supply a basic continental breakfast.
The open plan living allows for million dollar views overlooking Skeleton Bay, at the start of the Bay of Fires. You may be able to spot a pod of dolphins or hear the whales as they flap their tails onto the water. It is a place to relax, read, listen to music and of course, look at the sea.

The position offers the most breathtaking views even before you enter “THE LOFT“. You enter via the upper level, through a lovely sun filled outdoor patio, with sliding doors drawing you into the open plan living, kitchen and dining area, with fabulous sea views through the large picture windows.
The superlative designer kitchen has everything you need for entertaining. Electric hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, crockery and kitchen utensils, with a quality fridge. Integrated into the kitchen is a washing machine.
The living area features a comfortable leather lounge, large flat screen TV. Dining table and chairs for 4. On this level is a private deck. Open the sliding doors and go sit out and enjoy breakfast with your own private views overlooking Skeleton Bay. Listen to the waves as they roll in to the shore below and take advantage of the sheltered and sunny location with absolute stunning views which is protected from those westerly winds.
On this level there is a well-appointed bathroom.
Take the stairs to the lower level, and it opens up into a huge master bedroom suite. Relax in the huge king size bed, or sprawl in the comfy leather couch and watch the oversize flat screen TV. You can even walk out onto another small deck area, where you will find a gate leading you down the garden path, to the ocean below.
This is a superb beach house apartment that oozes smart chic and flawlessly encompasses a feeling of calm and relaxation. Stay at home and relax with a book or get out and explore.

Binalong Bay is a great destination for couples. With pristine beaches at it's door step and surrounded by natural bush, the area offers something for everybody. The region is a bush walkers paradise, with many tracks beginning almost at the doorstep of "The Loft". Book a boat trip with Bay of Fires Eco Tours and see the whole of the Bay of Fires from the water. Or launch your own boat from the unique Binalong Gulch to enjoy Tasmania's premier game fishing areas or explore the endless white sand and crystal clear waters of the numerous beaches. Book the local tennis court for a hit of tennis down on the waterfront, or have a BBQ down on the green. Walk down and dine at the newly renovated Lichen Restaurant which has fantastic food and great service. Open most days from 8am
Jump in the car and take a short 10 minutes drive into St Helens where you can visit the galleries, the collectibles store, see the local craftsman at work at Knut Mueller Jewellery, and take a stroll down to the waterfront. If you like golf there is a pleasant little golf course.
A little further afield takes you to the St Columbia Falls, the Pyengana Cheese Factory, the Pub in the Paddock, the Shop in the Bush, and even the famous Blue Tiers. Or drive south along the coast and visit Bicheno, where you can see the blowhole and visit Nature World to meet the cute Tasmanian Devils and lots more wildlife. What about a visit to Wineglass Bay at Freycinet or the wineries and a boutique beer brewery - whatever takes your fancy. Binalong Bay was voted by a well known travel magazine as the second best beach in the world.
