Deposit: A deposit is required upon making your booking and full payment at the time of booking is acceptable. Full payment including bond is required 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
Bond: A refundable bond is required for all bookings. Any damage or extra cleaning or cost to replace missing items will be subtracted from the bond before it is refunded.
Payment Types Accepted: Deposit and Bond payments can be made by Paypal or direct deposit or on line payment with Stayz.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reservation check in date to receive a full refund. Refunds for cancellations made inside 14 days of the reservation check in date will not be paid.
This property is wholly owned and managed within Australia. We'll never request you to send funds to an overseas bank account or via Western Union money transfer.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation at Trent Water Villa
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we must state the following conditions.
We kindly ask guests to please supervise their children while at the property. Children must not take food or drink into the bedrooms under any circumstance and must be supervised when using textas or markers inside, as well as playing on the deck. Please dispose of nappies in nappy bags in the outside bin only.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed by email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Trent Water Villa is strictly a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts left on the property will result in the loss of bond or part thereof.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
The owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property. Guest’s personal items left at the property will be held for 30 days for collection. Returns via post will be charged in advance at cost plus $25 handling fee.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check out time is strictly 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare for next guests. Late departures may result in additional charges of $25 per hour.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Please ensure shoes are removed before entering the property.
Strictly no food or drink allowed in the bedrooms. Please supervise your children in this regard.
Please clean the filter after using the clothes dryer. While the clothes dryer is in use, please leave the laundry door open & window open as condensation from using the clothes dryer can cause a slipping hazard, as well as damage to the walls.
Please clean the BBQ after use. Additional cleaning costs will be charged otherwise.
Council bin collection occurs fortnightly early on Monday mornings. To this end we ask that guests are considerate when disposing waste at the property. Please place your non-recyclable rubbish in the rubbish bags provided before placing in the large bin located outside. This includes nappies which must be placed in nappy bags or rubbish bags prior to placing them in the outside bin not inside in the kitchen bin.
