The spacious lounge/ dining area has modern furniture. A full leather recliner five seater lounge. Glass topped dining table which seats 6.

Tinted windows allow for complete privacy in a very quiet street.
Outside is private courtyard with table and chairs - and bbq should you be so inclined.

Semaphore Rd has a huge variety of eateries, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, licensed, unlicensed.
Many eateries cater to children.
There is boutique shopping, along Semaphore Rd, and regular night markets. 10 minutes away, an easy walk across the bridge which spans the Port River is a large shopping centre with national brands.
A walkway around the Port river takes you back in time. A fabulous history lesson. Book a charter to see the dolphins.
In the opposite direction a 15 minute stroll takes you to the magnificent Semaphore beach. Sweeping sands, stunning foreshore with activities for the whole family or just time out. Walk the boardwalk along the foreshore, the nature strip is a unique area of South Australia.
To explore or work further afield, the apartment is minutes to railway and bus stations which take you into the City of Adelaide.
Adelaide Oval, Rundle Mall, or the nightlife is all easily accessible by an efficient public transport system nearby.
