Picture this; UTAS Stadium 2 min walk away, Heritage Forest Walk on your door step, CBD 10 min walk away, regular bus route right outside your front door, Inveresk Academy 5 min walk away, cafes & supermarket within a stones throw. This is what makes this renovated one bedroom apartment so appealing. Everything is just so close

The property has just undergone a full renovation. Featuring brand new galley style kitchen with full size fridge/freezer and dishwasher, new bathroom with walk in shower. Full laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer. The separate bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, but also has a single "day bed" should you be travelling with a young child. The living space has a couch, armchair, small dining table for 4 guests and a Smart TV which is Netflix enabled all you'll need to do is use your own log on. Oh and did we mention that there's free wifi?

This property is available for long or short term stays. Rates for long term stays are negotiable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect location! Very Cute place. We came down for the Football at uTas stadium and this was the perfect place to stay. Great TV, free WIFI, nice and modern, great parking, and easy to walk to the ground and into the city.
