We added 92C in December 2011 .. the main reason was to make use of the beautiful view and our location on the sunny side of the river. Most of the materials were recycled.
We are under five minutes' drive to the CBD and have delis, cafes, restaurants and various parks all around us, including The Cataract Gorge, just up the road.

In the first bedroom there is a wall-mounted tv that is linked through to a dvd player, (in case adults have taken over the living room).
In the second bedroom, part of the walk-in robe is dedicated to things for children of various ages. We have boxes of lego and duplo, games, books and a large range of books and current dvd's.
In the kitchen is a well stocked complimentary pantry which includes 4-types of cereal+ tea, coffee, herbal teas, flour, rice, etc. All linens plus shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are also provided, including king sized feather doonas and electric blankets.
The shower room has a vanity. Across the hall is a separate toilet and vanity.
You are very welcome to scavenge from the garden. The bottom garden with chooks and rabbits is a communal area. There are now five rabbits (mostly rescued from the RSPCA) in a 8x8m enclosure you can walk into, sit and feed the rabbits. You'll have to wind your way down the bottom of the garden that faces the river to find this. The chooks do lay eggs. However, they roam the entire garden, so their nests can be very difficult to find. You are certainly welcome to any eggs you can find.
We maintain a book with lots of suggestions for things to do, maps and brochures for you to take away.

Parking is either in a parking bay outside the door, (but steep access) or just outside on our side of the street - normal residential parking with no restrictions - the steps down are well lit at night.
