Just inside the front door the formal office, or 4th bedroom, is set up with a desk and chair. The house includes level access, and direct access from the double lock up garage. Inclusions are: all linen and towels, electric blankets, DVD player, washing machine & drier (complimentary).
All bedrooms have abundant built in wardrobes.
The main ensuite bedroom has a king size bed.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a double sofa bed in the office. There is sufficient space for an addition rollaway bed if required
A cot and High Chair can be provided if needed (no charge).
There are two bathrooms, the main having a double shower and toilet, the ensuite with shower and toilet, plus a second private courtyard.
The house is located on the southern edge of Launceston's CBD within short walking distance to transport, shops, cafes, supermarkets etc. The Launceston General Hospital is two blocks away. Launceston Airport is 15 minutes south.
