Westview is located in a well-established suburb in West Launceston Northern Tasmania with beautiful views overlooking the heart of the city

From the moment you arrive the views have an instant calming effect. Pleasant atmosphere is created by private garden areas to enjoy time away from home.

Only 6 minutes’ drive away enjoy one of the region's premier tourist attractions Cataract Gorge reserve . During the winter months the joyful chirping of native birds and in the summer months enjoy the outdoor swimming pool or just experience our Cataract Gorge Reserve.

Cataract Walk, originally built by volunteers in the 1890s, runs along the north bank of the Cataract Gorge .The original toll house where pedestrians had to pay to enter you can still see the house near King's Bridge. The Gorge can be crossed by the suspension bridge or the longest single span chairlift in the world ,here you'll find walking, and hiking trails.

Launceston's attractions are many and range from the wines of the Tamar Valley, art galleries, craft shops a slice of Switzerland village at Grindelwald only15 minutes drive from the city

Bedroom three has 2 single beds + trundle single overlooking the back garden, all with quality bedding and linen.

The house is very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need and more, nice big shower and bathroom, extra loo was a bonus, heating excellent, views are amazing and couldn't believe how close to everything we was, was only disappointed that we couldn't stay longer than two nights but we will be back and stay a lot longer next time. Really in love with the place

Anything you could possibly need is on hand. It's a credit to Sanza and we will continue to return. Highly recommended.
