Description

Open plan lounge and modern kitchen with captivating wallpaper, chandelier light fittings, and trendy retro furniture will make you feel comfortable and fabulous. Sunlight fills the apartment throughout the day, with stunning city views of Launceston and surroundings.

By night you will feel like your on top of the world, with a magical view of sparkling city lights, when you want to feel more cosy just pull the beautiful floor length curtains shut and settle in on the couch with a wine for the night.

Fall into the beautiful upholstered queen bed which provides comfort and support so you can sink back with a cuppa and a good book for relaxed pre-slumber bliss.

The quant tiled ensuite style bathroom offers a spacious shower with a big shower head and excellent hot water pressure. The concealed laundry cupboard has a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and clothes drying rack.

I provide the apartment with a continental breakfast which consists of delicious organic locally made muesli, greek yogurt, milk, tea and organic coffee.

If you're not wining and dining in our amazing local cafes & restaurants, I have supplied the kitchen with all the utensils you may need to prepare your own meals. The IGA supermarket is a short 5 minute walk/1min drive up the road.

Please respect that you are staying in my home and to leave it clean and tidy when you leave.

You may have a little visitor stop by from time to time - our beautiful russian blue cat named 'Katkee'. We live close by and she likes to wander up to the apartment to say hello - she is very friendly.

10 minute walk or 5 minute drive to CBD, shops, restaurants, museums, trendy cafes, and seaport restaurants.

Just a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the iconic Launceston Cataract Gorge where you'll find walking and hiking trails, the world's longest single span chairlift, swimming pool, restaurant, kiosk, cafe, peacocks and wildlife, beautiful gardens, suspension bridge, inclinator for easy access, Interpretation Centre and panoramic lookouts with spectacular views.

If you have a vehicle I suggest The Tamar Valley Wine Route which is the heart of northern Tasmania – home of some of the finest wines in the world, and all between 20mins - 1 hour drive from the apartment.

If you don't have a vehicle but would still like to get a glimpse at our beautiful Tamar Vally you can walk just 10 minutes down the road to the Tamar River Cruises where there is a range of amazing comfortable cruise options to choose from at reasonable prices, and some cruises even provide afternoon snacks, local wine, and meals.

The apartment is just a quick 10 minute drive from the Launceston airport and 1 hours drive from The Spirit Of Tasmania in Devonport.

Your hosts Katie & Liam who live close by are available for you to call anytime to discuss service requirements and will be happy to share with you information on places they recommend you should visit or activities you might like to do while on your travels.

The Neighbourhood + Other Things To Note

We might be bias but we believe our neighbourhood is the best you can get in Launceston. It has amazing city views, lush greenery, with beautiful housing, our local IGA supermarket is just 5 minutes walk up the road with fresh Tasmanian produce, the incredible Cataract Gorge is practically in the backyard and the CBD, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops are all at your fingertips.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs.

The apartment sleeps only 2 adults, with a portacot available for 1 infant.

When bookings are back to back Check-in is 2:00 PM local time.

When back to back hasn't occurred, Check-in can be flexible for whatever time suits you. I will be sure to let you know before your arrival.

Check-out is 11:00 AM local time.
