This Apartment is the lower floor of the house where I live.

It has been recently created and is practical and of modern design.

It has its own bathroom, kitchen outdoor cooking facilities and Covered Patio, with BBQ and outdoor setting, ideal for a hot or cold drink outside, in a very serene and relaxing environment

It is in a very quiet area, being 50 m away from the road,

. The queen size Bed is very accommodating for a good night sleep, and should you have a 3rd guest, a single mattress is available

A lovely park Poimena dominating panoramic views on top of the street. The famous Mona Museum and resort only few minutes away. and Cadbury within walking distance. Other parks and walking tracks make you feel like going for a walk every morning I do.

Claremont village is 3 min away 15 min walk.

The apartment is very accommodating, generous and practical.

There are always some basic food to keep you going.

Tee, coffee, bread milk, butter, jam, cereals....

The reason I listed my Apartment and decided to rent it out is mainly to make friends and interact with people from all over the world if they like to.
