100 metres from Salamanca Market in luxury 105 square metre 2 bedroom apartment in the Salamanca waterfront precinct in Battery Point, Hobart in The Garden apartment with 2 King beds or King single beds + infant in the portacot free in each apartment. Additional single bed available $40 per night.

The apartment is lift accessed from the foyer or underground secure car park and is located in the beautiful Salamanca Mews apartment complex adjacent to Salamanca Place and St David's Park in Sullivans Cove. Wander from the foyer to the restaurants, MONA ferry on the waterfront or explore Salamanca Place, Battery Point and Sullivans Cove at your doorstep. Cook up a storm in the kitchen.

What we offer

We provide free nbn wifi access, your own laundry and secure underground parking for one car. Tea and coffee including MAP pod espresso.

The apartments are open plan living / dining with seperate bedrooms all on one level with no stairs, ideal for the elderly, families or two couples. Furnished in beautiful Tasmanian timbers and an Italian leather lounge suite. 40 inch LED TV and DVD player. Plenty of DVD's to watch in your down-time.

The fully equiped kitchen should satisfy all of your cooking needs, and we offer place settings for 6 guests.

Full laundry and dryer in the apartment including washing detergent.

Maximum sleep for the unit is five and an infant under 2 yrs in our BabyBjorn cot.

Luxury fresh pressed linen.

Oversized warm bathroom with shower over the bath. Fresh towels and toiletries provided for each guest.

We provide a midweek room refresh service and for lengthy stays the apartment is fully serviced after every 7 days..

Gym and pool facilities available on site at $18pp per day to the Gym provider.

Rate is for two bedrooms 4 occupants - maximum occupancy is 5 + infant under 2 yrs free in our Babybjorn portacot . Additional bed available also $40 per night.

No smoking is permitted inside the apartment. Definitely no parties.

The airport shuttle can drop off and collect you directly opposite the apartment, outside Salamanca Inn. The GPO and Metro Bus Mall are 5 minutes walk away. Taxi rank is 100 metres away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent apartment that has all you need! We had a great stay here. The apartment is a really good size, great to have a good kitchen and laundry as well.Cheryl and Kim were so helpful. I'd highly recommend this place - it's so close to the Salamanca Market and the wharf where you catch the ferry to Mona.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Location, Location, Location We have stayed at Jenatt a couple of times now and really enjoy the central location which is fabulous for the Salamanca markets, waterfront, city shops, Battery Point etc. All are within a few minutes walking distance but the availability of undercroft car parking (at no additional cost) is a sensational bonus in central Hobart. On arrival, the apartment is spotlessly clean and well presented. The shower over the bath is a concern and feels outdated and unsafe even with the grab rail! The bathroom is huge so could easily accommodate a shower. The property would gain a great deal if the walk-in robe in the second bedroom was converted to an en-suite, particularly when there are 4-5 adults in the apartment (just a suggestion)! Even taking that into account, we would return to Jenatt - the host is friendly, welcoming and responds readily to any requests or concerns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay! We loved our stay at Jenatt at Salamanca - great location, excellent kitchen facilities and everything else was just as expected. Lots of little extras were included which made our stay easy. Highly recommended.
