Description

Pillinger Street is a recently renovated, immaculate and fully equipped three bedroom house, located in the inner city suburb of Dynnyrne. It is just a stroll to beautiful Fitzroy Gardens and is within easy walking distance to the Hobart CBD, Salamanca, the University and Sandy Bay.

The property has secure covered parking, a private rear terrace, and is a great place to call home when visiting Hobart.

The space

On the ground floor off the entrance lobby is the beautifully furnished sitting room with a gas fired fireplace, audio facility, bookshelves and games.

To the rear of the house is an open plan living/dining room that leads to the exterior patio, which also has a gas-fired fireplace as well as a smart TV

The modern kitchen is next to the dining room and is fully equipped should you choose to dine in.

Upstairs is the main queen-sized bedroom with views of Mt Wellington and lots of afternoon sun. All our linen is professionally laundered and comes from our linen supplier, and our beds have feather down doona's which are complemented by an electric blanket for the cooler months. There is a smart TV, panel heating and loads of in-built wardrobe space. Attached to this room is a modern en-suite bathroom with a bath and includes a hairdryer.

The second and third bedrooms both have queen-sized beds and panel heating, electric blankets and large built in wardrobes.

The stylish second bathroom on this floor is also equipped with a hairdryer.

Upstairs there is a laundry, equipped with a Miele front loader washer and Miele dryer.

Free NBN WiFi is accessible throughout the whole house

At the rear of the house is a private, paved court yard and the carport. In front is a small garden with a fish pond.

Guest access

The front gate of the property is off Pillinger Street. Entry at the front door is facilitated by a key code at the time of check-in.

Up the driveway to the left of the house is a gate which provides access to the covered carport and the rear door of the house. The whole property, inside and out, is accessible to guests.

Interaction with guests

We leave guests to enjoy the house in privacy however are available to resolve any issues should they arise.

Other things to note

All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. This may be an issue for very elderly or frail guests and small children.
