Situated next to a small apple orchard with creek nearby the cabins have space away from main roads for children to play.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a small bunk room with triple bunks. There is a bathroom with a toilet and a bath and shower overhead. The kitchen/living area has a TV and electric heating, full sized stove, microwave, fridge, nd kitchen utensils. All linen and towels are provided.
Pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. They are not to be left unattended in side the cabin. Please let us know in advance if you wish to bring a dog as we need to keep other guests in mind.

10 minutes from safe sandy beaches and 4km from the popular township of Cygnet with cafes craft shops wining and dining the cabins provide an ideal base for exploring not only southern Tasmania but also farther afield.The Huon Valley has a lot to offer, the far south walks, the caves at Hastings, Tahune Airwalk at Geeveston and the jet boat rides at Huonville. There are beautiful drives around the D'Entrecastaux Channel and the Bruny Island Ferry is only 20 minutes away. On a rest day you can enjoy the country tranquility and watch the native birds including wedgetailed and sea eagles. In the evenings you might see a platypus in the creek and at night time there are possums, wallaby, bandicoots and quoll.

The Cygnet/ D'Entrecasteau/Huon area is well known for for fine food enterprises including wineries, cheese making cider, salmon farming plus of course apples cherries and small fruit. The area is also home to many artists and crafts people.
