Ultra funky warehouse conversion apartment - once the cool room of the old fish factory, now a spacious apartment filled with natural sunlight.

Stylish and unique accommodation. Very spacious, sunny and comfortable. Over 3 levels with lovely views.

Full kitchen and laundry with washer/dryer.

Just a few minutes' stroll to cosmopolitan Elizabeth St, North Hobart, filled with cafes, boutiques, restaurants, book shop, art gallery, green grocer and the famous art house State Cinema and café where you can enjoy a glass of wine as you watch the movie, and experience the roof top cinema in Summer.

Less than a five minute drive to the heart of Hobart CBD and Salamanca or an easy 20 minute stroll, with public transport also very close and easily accessible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay!! Fantastic place to stay. Easy stroll to Hobart CBD. Apartment was immaculate and heaters work a treat. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying at the Warehaus. Added bonus was the pinball machine.

The booking process was friendly and efficient, the accommodation well located, comfortable and warm, and had every feature for a convenient stay. You really do need a car here, but there are great restaurants and an excellent boutique style grocer within walking distance

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing, funky apartment! Our family of 5 loved this bright, sunny & very funky apartment. The pinball machine was a big hit with our "tweenage" boys. Be sure to take lots of $2 coins for the games. The location was fantastic - 2 blocks up the hill is the Hill Street Grocer (fancy IGA supermarket) and 2 blocks down the street is every restaurant you could want on Elizabeth street. A short drive (or longer walk) to the city & Salamanca place. Only thing to improve would be some free WI-FI and free pinball. Loved this place and would highly recommend.
