Description

A beautiful, contemporary, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, self-catering apartment that offers luxurious, clean and comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.

In your ‘home away from home’, you can choose to eat in and cook in your fully equipped, modern kitchen, or dine out at one of Hobart’s many award winning restaurants. The apartment also features bathrooms with heated tiled floors, hairdryers and hotel quality towels; laundry with washing machine, dryer and trough; iron, ironing board, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner; flat screen televisions; air-conditioning/heat pump in the living areas; and lots of added extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

Being in the heart of Hobart, the apartment is only a 6 minute stroll to the CBD shopping precinct and a 10 minute walk to Hobart’s historic waterfront with its cafes, restaurants, boutique art and craft shops and galleries, Salamanca Market on Saturday’s and ferries to MONA, Bruny Island and Peppermint Bay. Major sporting venues and beaches are only a 6-10 minute drive away.

For children, the apartment has a small selection of books, toys, games, DVDs, melamine dinnerware, plastic tumblers. A high chair and baby bath are available upon request. Note: Child prices are for children under 12 years. Please state ages of children when booking.

- Bedroom 2: 1 king bed or 2 x single beds

- A comfortable single rollaway bed or port-a-cot can be located in Bedroom 1 for the 5th person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything Just Right A great home away from home, comfortable, nicely furnished and walkable to downtown. We really felt at home. We could fix our own meals or walk to many different restaurants. We stayed seven days and didn't want to leave. Onsite staff was helpful when we had questions as to sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Definitely recommend!

The owner has checked all the boxes for making visitors feel at home and completely comfortable . She provides complete written summaries of how to use all the appliances, where to get groceries, restaurant lists/etc. When there was an occasional need, she responded very promptly with a return text or at the front door,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great apartment in Hobart A wonderful stay located close to Hobarts city centre, walking distance to everything we needed. Onsite parking was a big plus. The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. The bedrooms offered two twin beds in each which was a great option for our party of four. Our host was wonderfully helpful and genuine. Would highly recommend again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Accessible apartment The accessible apartment is BLISS! Anyone who is requiring an accessible apartment, LOOK NO FURTHER! Access was brilliant, the whole apartment is set up with accessibility;lity in mind for anyone in a wheelchair, it made our 4 night stay - wonderful. Position is fabulous to walk into the city of Hobart. The presentation of the apartment is 'top notch', all the equipment is supplied for a short or long stay. Highly recommend!
