If, within 24 hours of your stay, no guests have booked into the property the day following your departure, it may be possible to check out late and not pay a fee. This is a decision the guest must make.
If a booking arises the property may need to be vacated at the usual 10.00 check out time if the in-coming guests require a normal 2pm check in.
However, to guarantee a late check out you need to pay the above fee. In this instance the Owner informs any in-coming guests that they cannot check in until 3 hours after your departure time.
Early Check in Policy
Before 10 am: Guests need to book the previous overnight based on a minimum rate of 2 guests provided the property was vacant the preceding day and the Owner has been consulted.
10am to midday: $20 providing there are no guests booked prior
Midday to 2pm: $10
